William Gouge

William Gouge (1575–1653) was an English Puritan minister who served St Anne Blackfriars in London for forty-five years and was a prominent member of the Westminster Assembly, chairing the committee that drafted the Westminster Confession. He is best known for his 1622 work Of Domestical Duties on family life and a posthumously published commentary on Hebrews.
